We had a reservation many weeks in advance. When we arrived (early), we inquired in person for early check in. They confirmed our room, but said to come back after 4 pm. When we did so, they informed us that there was no room available any longer. I asked and the desk clerk said it happens fairly often and that very night they had turned away 10 parties with reservations.

Was told at check in that I couldn't have the king size bed I booked and then my rooms fridge was broken and the tv kept kicking me off and wouldn't load channels. Staff was not very attentive. Would've been a bigger issue if I needed to stay longer then 24 hours. Room and hotel in general was clean and comfortable.

There is something wrong with this hotel. Either they have no staff or they do not care. The pool was shut down; clearly some water damage has occurred recently; and there is minimal effort when it comes to housekeeping. There is a strong smell of mold and only one elevator worked. We stayed for 10 hours because we needed to catch a flight. Any more time than that and we would have cancelled and stayed anywhere else. Do not stay at this hotel.
