For a Country Inn and Suites, this is one that is NOT up to the standards of the hotel chain. I've stayed with the chain before and had excellent experience, but this one, definitely not!!!

Pictures of this property are so deceiving. Hotel is pet friendly in ALL rooms. There were fleas that bit one of my kids and roaches in rooms. Carpets are filthy, shower curtain was being held by piece of wood. Hotel did not want to do anything about the situation even though we notified them of the incident with in 10min of checking in. Said they could not refund us and there was no supervisor we could talk to.

This is probably one of the most disgusting properties I have ever stayed at. There were small roaches in the bathroom, stains all over the room, holes in the curtains. The only reason we stayed the night was because we 1. prepaid for the stay and 2. it was too last minute to try and find another place that would accommodate our dogs in that area. If I could upload the photos of the room I would.

When we walked in it appeared neat, but after we got to our room there the room had a stench. The room was tidy, but it STUNK. I was somewhat concerned about the office chair in the room as well that was obviously broken. I hoped that I was not going to be blamed for the broken chair. Maybe this stench is a humidity issue. I'm not sure. People at the desk were nice. Breakfast included, but no juice, and the breakfast was rather chincy.

“I stayed here back in 2019 and had a fairly decent experience. This time was completely different. There were people constantly walking in and out, loitering around the hotel, and the atmosphere felt unsettling—almost like something suspicious or criminal was going on. The place had a terrible odor, and I saw insects crawling around. I checked out the same day I checked in. I won’t be coming back.”

Room was dirty, carpet filthy and bed didn't look like it had been cleaned. Makeup on sheets. Roaches in restroom. I asked about another room was offered but the look of that room was worse. Never again would i stay in a property associated.
