Great location! Not so great service.

The location and reputation of the hotel had me so excited to stay. Every person we encountered was very nice. Unfortunately, the service was not great. We called down for water and extra pillows on night one. We were told we would have to pay for waters if they brought them up but we could come to the front desk and get them free. We never got the pillows. We stayed for 3 nights. I could go on but it I will just say it doesn’t get better. The outstanding Valets were responsive, cheerful and incredibly helpful.
