I have not patron the hotel for sometime due to past service and condition and thought things may have changed so decided to give it a try. It is still disappointing from the moment checking in until departure
1. When checking in, I have to wait for almost 20 to 25mins before my turn while I am the only only in the queue and the responsiveness is rather slow
2. Got into the room, it stated none smoking room, the room had cig smell and smell like the Carpet isn’t dry
3. Went to the lounge, service was ok but the table setting was poor, the cutleries are dirty with sign of being used and bread crumb and the plates with stain
4. Second day breakfast, same thing. Have to look for tables as a lot of tables were still in a mess and no cleaning while staffs were just standing there and didn’t check the ready table, the plates, the cutlery again dirty
