Decent Hotel

A nice, smaller hotel. Pretty good location and walkable, 10 mins or so, to French Quarter. Restaurant options abound. The staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are smaller but functional. Minuses are no fridge in the room and very limited offerings at the bar. Would stay at this hotel again.

Shout out to Lee, DaRell & Brittany

The front desk staff, Lee and DaRell and bartender, Brittany were AH-MAZING. Friendly, efficient, responding to needs...top notch. The hotel room had carpet at one point (glad it has been taken up), but now they need to redo the floors with a ceramic tile, my bath had a broken window, and the air/heat unit couldn't be regulated. I would not recommend 5th floor corner unit. All that being said, the staff mentioned above would make me consider giving this hotel another try after confirming some of the concerns have been corrected. Hotel definately a 3 star (not a 4+ that was in my search engine), staff 5+.
