Our family stayed in a hotel for 6 days. I had a medical problem that needed medical assistance. The stuff was very helpfull, called a doctor and stayed by the door in case we need anything. We had to go to a hospital. Kids stayed in the hotel room. The stuff checked on the kids and us few times in case we needed something. Besides that our stay was very nice, we enjoyed empty swimming pool. Metro is few minutes from the hotel, so as kids playground and gold souk. Taxi from the hotel to the airport around 30 min in the rush hours.

Extremely hard bed mattress
Bed mattress are extremely hard, felt like sleeping on Fred Flintstone Bed, it's actually not even a real mattress but rather a piece of hard foam. Rooms are very small but i guess it's ok for the price. Bathroom also incredibly small, shower doesn't have a dedicated door, it shares it with the bathroom door, so you have to choose wether to have the bathroom door closed or the shower closed. There is no electric plug in the bathroom for the hair dryer, it was very inconvenient to be using the one next to the mini bar.
