Absolutely horrible! Leaking sinks, filthy room and bathroom, mold, stains, urine smells, saturated carpets in hall, roaches. But the front desk staff is nice. This place needs to be tore down and rebuild.

Avoid. 6.8 rating is misleading. There was a leak in my room. The bathtub was dirty. There was what appeared to be a rodent hole. The front stairs in the lobby hadn’t been cleaned for days. There was a criminal element outside and the minimart across the street had the police called.

Love staying here but you gotta watch where you're dogs pee and poop make sure to ask staff work. You can walk your dog to poop and pee because if they go in the wrong area, it'll cost you you're deposit. And more wounds up costing us $350 because my wife we ended up getting kicked out we are no longer allowed to stay here.
