Marguerite, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Worse place I stayed left about a hour after I checked in. This place shouldn't even be open!!!
David, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

It was quiet
Jeffrey, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very nice
Alex, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The staff was great but the mattress in the room needs to be changed out and they need microwaves in every room..
Latonya, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Not a bad rental

It was a clean room beds we’re comfortable it was very inexpensive to stay there for one night I guess I can’t complain
Joseph, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Pretty decent overall for the price.
Matthew, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

This hotel was hit by a hurricane and was very badly damaged, but the hotel was still open and they were running out Rose when we got there we wanted a first floor room because both my husband and I are handicapped and only second floor was available so we slowly went up the steps The room was OK when we first got there and there was no toilet paper no towels when the towels did come, they had seen better days. There was no dish in the microwave and when I tried to call the desk, there was the phone there, but it was they had no cord it wasn’t even attached to call so I had to go back down the stairs again in my opinion it shouldn’t be opened until it’s finished renovating. They charge regular prices for a room and the property like that.
Ken, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The desk clerk was very nice. However the room was so dirty and the bathroom door was falling off.
Jodi, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This property should update pictures.
David, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

This lodge should not be open until they complete the renovations. I’ve stayed in better accommodation in third world countries.
Ron, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I paid and booked online and when we got to the property it was closed. I was not able to stay
Summer, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Will not stay there again.

No breakfast, no coffee pot, tv did not work.and the shower was terrible.
Bruce, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

They are renovating the property...the entire hotel. They should reduce the price during the remodeling process..
JACQUELYN, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Easy access right off the main highway in Douglas and close to lots of dining and shopping. Only stayed 1 night so didn't get to see very much of the area other than eating out. The hotel is older with some updates like the flooring and paint. It was a decent room and comfortable bed for the room price. No real issues in staying here.
Thomas, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

They would only take cash. They had no wi do or cable. I didn’t stay there. There were severe hurricanes in the area weeks ago. Every one else was booked. I had to drive 45 miles to a new hotel. Why was this even showing available?
Michael, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

No don’t do it

Horrible. We left within 30 minutes. You get what you pay for. We paid more somewhere else. Gentleman at the office was really nice though.
Shirley, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

STAY AWAY.

This was the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. It’s filthy and full of homeless crackheads living there and the entire place smells like urine.
Vernon, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Filthy!
Darren, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

I come down this way and I have stayed here before it doesn't seem that the renovations are going very well. The bed was comfortable and linens were cleaned the bathtub good for baths. My TV didn't work but I didn't complain
Kim, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

The place was literally a dump. The paint on the walls was peeling, the air vents were filthy. The towels were stiff. However, the bed was comfy but the pillows were that of a mini marshmallow.
Susan Diane, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

It was dirty, sheets had holes in them, mo coffee maker in our room
Charlyn, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

The room was clean. It was accessible and that was good for me. No one from house keeping came by to see if we needed towels or anything. No trash pickup. Could not get to pool and at one time could not get into pool because it was locked.
3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

I don’t know how expedia has a average review of this place, totally unsafe, not even has a lobby. Structure is falling apart. A lot f weird people.
Diego, 3-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Property and rooms are awful. Unclean - beds had been laid on or slept in without being cleaned, used towels and rags in bathroom, water has bad smell. The place needs to be bulldozed down.
Nathan, 1-night trip
