The room and service was excellent! But there was people talking till after 11 and could constantly hear people walking and thumping around above us. We left at 3:30am… and could hear it distinctly as we were getting ready. Otherwise the comfort and hospitality was awesome

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff made our stay very enjoyable! Room was clean. Bed was firmer than my preference but comfortable enough. Pool and slide clean and fun. Hot tub was not as clean as it should be. Towels could be upgraded in both rooms and pool area. Overall would stay here again.

Good for a quick getaway

The overall cleanliness of the stay was great, the main decision on location was the pool and waterslide in which the kids had an absolutely blast. I should have known to bring my own pillow, which I will say is my only negative thought of our stay, their pillows are as bad as a bag potato chips, in that it’s all air, as soon as you lay down, you have no support. Not a deal breaker, especially when travelling with kids, it’s all about the pool and waterslides.
