Exploring Washington

The room was a deluxe room. The room had nice space but the carpet was dirty and had a damp feel to it. The room had a heavy musty smell. Had to use the AC on high to vent the room. The staff was friendly and so was the new puppy. Close to Safeway/Starbucks and a few restaurants.

The room was nice and clean. However, my dad didn't have a coffee pot in his room and there was none available in the lobby on Saturday and had to grab some from our room. There was coffee in the lobby on Sunday though when we checked out.

Stay here as a last resort. Not very safe.

Not the best stay. I waited at desk for 20 minutes for staff to show up. They left the office unattended with no notes. Bed was decent. No tp holder. Low water pressure for both the shower and tap. Took quite a while to get hair rinsed due to no water pressure. Dont recommend staying here unless theres no other alternatives.

Room was alright and stay was good until we got home and found they had charged us for missing and stained towels when we had our own towels and left their towels in the room. I asked for proof of missing and stained towels and the rude women couldn't provide anything and refused to refund the money. Definitely make sure you are checking your accounts as they charge you for whatever they want
