"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and with a train station right outside the door, making it so easy to get around. The hotel seems small but it’s very clean and well-kept. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for convenience and comfort!"
"The only thing I would share is that they don’t have a large enough bathroom and powder room to freshen up in. When we arrived our room was not ready and we had to get ready and open in our luggage in a very tight area. No plus easily , no place to put our handbag or carry on . They should have a better powder room lounge for guests to be able to use when they arrive especially in the case when they are arriving from travel and need to freshen up before the rooms ar steady "
"Fabiola and Doreen were very helpful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The roof top restaurant was very nice. The room was filled with amenities and snacks free of charge!"
"We had a great stay, thanks to the wonderful customer service and warm hospitality, especially from Monica, our host, she was truly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we chose it for the excellent location, and it definitely delivered. It’s in one of the best areas for tourists, with easy access to major sites and public transportation.
The breakfast, included in the stay, was simple but satisfying, and available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule.
Overall, a pleasant stay, if the hotel updates some of the interiors, it would be even better!
