The Shuttle Service was not being offered because the shuttle was in the shop. There were no accommodations or alternatives offered. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because of the Shuttle Service.
On Day 2, they rented a vehicle to use for Shuttle Service. However, I was told that I was leaving too early for the shuttle to take me. I asked if there could be an accommodation made since the shuttle did not pick me up on the 1st day. I was told the manager said he does not have a driver that early. Again, no accommodation or consideration made for the fact that the shuttle was not available on the 1st day. I ended up paying $40 to commute from/to the airport.
When I asked for towels to be sent to my room, I was told they would be sent to my room in a few minutes once done drying. About 2 hours later when I called to find out where the towels were, I was told some were now available, but I have to come down to get them.
I put my trashcan outside of the door for the trash to be collected. The trash was taken, but there was no bag put in the trashcan. Again, I had to go down to get 1.
Instead of it being offered, I had to ask for the complimentary water kept at the front desk.
The shower had someone else’s hair in it.
While the front desk Reps were nice, there was virtually no customer service or even striving to meet level of excellence that’s synonymous with the Hilton Brand. My worst stay at a Hilton property. I would never recommend this location
