Friends Trip gone wrong

Cut my foot on a something going to bathroom during the night. Room was POORLY lit. Found out in the morning there was a nail in the floorboard that had sunken in. We could see right under it. Phone didn’t work at all to let staff know.

We had a staycation there since we wanted to go out on Main St. for my birthday. I love the rooftop bar. All of the staff is friendly. The rooms are small but that was expected. Our room had a white noise machine which was awesome because you hear constant sirens all day and night downtown. Everything about the room was nice except the floor needs a good cleaning. It felt it was still dusty from recent construction. Aside from that i would recommend this place for others. You can walk to anywhere on Main st and even to the vista!

Front desk was difficult to locate. Could not find any staff until speaking to some random person the sidewalk and asked them where the front desk/staff were. Staff was not very attentive or friendly. Additional fees for parking, which was unexpected. Location was convenient, Decor was nice, beds were hard as a rock.
