Not a bad place, pool was nice. Room wasn't totally ready when we got there, they gave me the key the door was open the TV was on and there were coffee grounds in the sink, I thought they'd given me the wrong room. I went downstairs and they said oh no just the cleaning supervisor hadn't gone through for a final check yet. Elevator was a little slow, actually couldn't get it to come in the morning, turns out the cleaning staff had stopped it or locked it or something to get their carts in and out. A reservation said check out was noon but they told us it was 11 I'm not sure if that's a hotels.com problem or the hotel itself.

Outstanding customer service from the front desk associates. Xavier and Tracy were very professional and answered all questions regarding early checkout. This was my first time visiting the Enterprise area, hope to visit again soon, and hope to stay again at Candlewood Suits. This was the best hotel visit!!!
