Reception staff were only available half the time, despite claiming to be staffed 24/7.
I requested an extra night stay due to being extremely tired, but was advised there was nothing available. After booking at another hotel, I noticed the app I was using showed larger rooms were in fact available at my current location, but not offered. (I was in a single but advised I would take any room they had).
Once checked out, I requested a taxi from reception and provided the new hotels information for taxi dispatch.
Taxi arrived and took me to the wrong hotel, which I was not aware of until attempting to check in. I had to take another taxi to the correct hotel, which was named similarly, but 1/2 hr. away.
