Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didn’t have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating ‘ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we can’t refund you’ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online I’m not the only one who’s had this sort of experience with this site.
