Hände weg von dieser Unterkunft! Der einzige Grund, warum wir zwei Sterne statt nur einem (oder am liebsten gar keinem) Stern vergeben, ist das Frühstücksrestaurant. Dort sind die MitarbeiterInnen freundlich, aufmerksam und gästeorientiert und die Qualität und Auswahl des Frühstücks war für knapp 15€ absolut zufriedenstellend. Unsere zweijährige Tochter durfte umsonst frühstücken und auch Kinderstühle waren ausreichend vorhanden - das klare Highlight der Reise! Ansonsten war alles eher ernüchternd. Die Onlinepräsenz des Hotels grenzt an Bauernfängerei - alles ist darauf ausgelegt, einen günstigen und trotzdem komfortablen Urlaub zu suggerieren, aber am Ende folgt in mehreren Punkten die große Enttäuschung. Hier unsere Auswahl: die Unterkunft soll 2017 renoviert worden sein: das kann unmöglich für die gesamte Unterkunft gelten, denn die Möbel in unserem Zimmer waren mindestens 30 Jahre alt, die übergestrichenen Tapeten kamen von den Wänden, die Decke war im 90er Jahre-Stil vertäfelt und alles roch muffig und alt. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war ein Alptraum: während der Nacht flogen immer wieder die Latten aus dem Rost - an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Überall hingen Spinnenweben und auf der Fensterbank stand vergammeltes Obst von vorherigen Gästen. Wir haben uns gefragt, warum uns 35€ Endreinigung in Rechnung gestellt werden, wenn man in so ein Zimmer kommt. Zudem wirken ein winziges Bad mit offener Dusche, bei deren Benutzung alles geflutet wird, eine Gardine, die das Fens

Das Appartement eher genannt, war für mich ausreichend. Unter Hotel und Suite versteht man allerdings etwas anderes. Für den Preis erwarte ich Frühstück inkl. Und Parken kann man paar Meter weiter kostenfrei erst von 18 - 8 Uhr morgens. Kostenfreier Parkplatz wäre also auch ideal. Ich würde wieder kommen, allerdings nicht mehr für den Gesamtpreis. Das Queen Doppelzimmer Zimmer wurde nicht täglich sauber gemacht. Was für mich jetzt nicht dramatisch war. Ist aber mit einer Küche und Kinderbett ausgestattet. Die Gardinen waren viel zu klein für die Fenster und müssen dringend ersetzt werden.

Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut und der Ort mit Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Leider ist das Frühstück recht teuer und das Parken am Hotel sollten kostenfrei sein. Das W-LAN funktionierte auch nicht.

Zimmer war sauber. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage top,nur über den Deich und man ist an der Nordsee. Dort aber kein Sandstrand. Frühstück war okay, nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer in Haus 4 war sehr klein. Ebenso wie das Bad. Ausgestattet mit einem ganz gemütliche Bixsprinbett, 2 Sesseln und kleinem Tisch, einem alten Kleiderschrank mit kaputtem Schloss, 2 Nachtschränken und einer Kommode, Fernseher. Es fehlte eine Nachttischlampe. Das Bad ist übergefliest worden, hat keinen normalen Heizkörper sondern ein Heizstrahler zum anknipsen. Die Dusche ist sehr sehr klein. Es gibt keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Shampoo usw. Waschbecken ist so ein Gäste Wc Becken sehr sehr klein. Aber alles sauber. Handtücher sind vorhanden sowie Hotelfön. Alles in allem etwas teuer für so ein einfaches Hotel.

Das von uns gebuchte Zimmer (wie im Internet angepriesen, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten) stand nicht zur Verfügung. Stattdessen wurde uns gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr ein runtergekommenes Apartment angeboten, dass gefühlt in den 1990ern zum letzten Mal einer Renovierung erfuhr. Einzigartig war die rote LED Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus, diese erinnerte eher an ein Bordell als an die teuerste Unterkunft im Ort.

Jede Leistung ist extra zu bezahlen.

Zu einem Preis von Euro 120,- /Zimmer ohne Frühstück haben wir an der Nordseeküste einen wesentlich besseren Standard inklusive Frühstück erlebt als in der Arche Noah. Hinzu kommt, dass man für alle Leistungen wie z.B. Bettwäsche und Handtücher (25,-/Person) oder Zimmeraufräumen extra bezahlen muss. Lage ist zwar in Strandnähe, jedoch unmittelbar hinter dem Deich gelegen, daher keine Aussicht. Insgesamt zu hoher Preis für Lage, Ausstattung und Service.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet es war ein Kühlschrank und eine Herdplatte vorhanden. Man könnte einen separaten Eingang durch die Balkontür benutzen. Der Weg zum Hotel ist sehr eng.

Super Lage. Zimmer "kompakt".

Lage war super - gleich hinter Deich. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir Meersicht (gegen Aufpreis!). Die Platzverhältnisse waren sehr "kompakt". Dusche war im Zimmer und vom - gemeinsam mit anderen Gästen benutzten - Balkon einsehbar. Es gab eine Kochgelegenheit, die wir nicht brauchten - aber keinen Tisch an den man sich hätte setzen können - hätte auch kein Platz gehabt. Personal war sehr freundlich und gab gerne und genau Auskunft. Frühstück (gegen Aufpreis) war OK, Auswahl überschaubar, dafür war alles frisch. Leider gab es nur Filterkaffee. Küchenpersonal konnte weder deutsch noch englisch. Bettwäsche und Reinigung (nur Abschlussreinigung) mit Aufpreis. Betten waren älteren Jahrganges. Die Matrazen waren durchgelegen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Drei verschiedene Tapetenmuster im Zimmer (Restposten?) und auch die sonstige Hoteldekoration ist zusammengewürfelt, ohne Konzept oder Stil. Etwas "Auffrischung" würde nicht schaden. Uns hat es gestört, dass das Nachbarzimmer auch "stundenweise" vermietet wurde.

Lots of hidden costs made me angry

Thought I would have booked a doubleroom in nice middle class hotel for a reasonable prize...what I got was kind of an appartement, size of a double room but except the bare room I got nothing for my money. Everything !! costs extra: Cleaning at the end of the stay: 25 Euros, bed clothing for two persons: 30 Euros, breakfast per person( my son is 13) 13 Euros, dog per day 7 Euros( that's o.k. for me!)if you wish to have your towels changed or your room cleaned every day: 10 Euros extra charge, parking at the hotel 5 Euros per day....that sums the cost to a high class hotel, which the Arche Noah definitivly not is!! The room was quite dusty , the kitchen gear not properly cleaned and there was a blood stain on the blanket on top of the bed. The Pizzeria next to the Hotel offers nice appartments for lower prizes, so I would decide to stay there next time, or choose a 4 * house without hidden costs. I can not recommend a stay at the Arche Noah.

Obwohl wir über Ihre Seite lediglich 315 Euro für 3 Übernachtungen bezahlen sollten (was ja schon teuer genug ist) kamen immer mehr Aufpreise (wir zahlten über 430 Euro!! hinzu) (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Hund, Parkplatz Küchennutzung -hier explodierte ein Glasdeckel auf einem Billigkochtopf und hat unseren Hund verletzt, Gebühren für Kreditkartenzahlung, Gebühr für Ausstellung einer Rechnung, Endreinigung ..Angeblich waren einige Posten im Kleingedruckten aufgeführt und es wurde auf die Buchungsseite geschoben Hotel com schiebt es aufs Hotel....Unser Tipp : Direkt im Hotel anrufen und alles vorher schriftlich bestätigen lassen.....Vor unserer Terrassentür parkten die Autos der anderen Gäste, so dass man nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Das Appartement war mehr als primitiv eingerichtet und wird vermutlich auch noch als Wohnung für "Swinger" genutzt, auch wenn das "Andreaskreuz" als Jim Knopf "getarnt" ist. Die rote Tapete und Beleuchtung sowie die zusammengewürfelten Matratzen sprechen eine eindeutige Sprache. Der Kühlschrank steht mitten im Zimmer unter dem Fernseher und macht extreme Geräusche, so dass ein Durchschlafen nicht möglich war. Positiv ist allerdings die Lage (direkt am Deich).
