What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky enough to have a Seaview 😊 though my only suggestion would be to have the windows cleaned on the outside, and the remote for the TV (room 4 I think) didn't work but the TV had controls on the side so it wasn't that much to moan about. Back to the hosts, very welcoming, and treated you with great enthusiasm and professionalism. If you have difficulty with mobility this wouldn't be the hotel for you as all the rooms are via stairs including the entrance to the hotel. The continental breakfast is plentiful and our newborn baby was doted on. We were meant to come back for the opening weekend of the illuminations but unfortunately we're unable to make it - but we will certainly be back again. The location even though in South beach the tram stop is directly across the road.
