Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan/Downtown East

Our stay was very comfortable. This is not a "glitzy" hotel with a fancy lobby, gym & pool. That's the only reason it's not a five star hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The building is very well maintained. The bed was great. We were always greeted by the staff when we arrived at night. The breakfasts were full and satisfying. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. The only drawback was that the room was so comfortable it was difficult to leave in the morning. We stayed for 25 days.

This hotel was very nice. We were only staying in NYC for 1 night and wanted an inexpensive but clean hotel. Well we got it! Very quiet area, nice comfortable beds, clean room, good breakfast. The front desk was very helpful and kind. They offer discounted pricing on parking which was a wonderful feature for us. I would stay here again. Love the Lower East Side.

The hotel staff were wonderful. They were very helpful in assisting us with directions, food deliveries, room supplies, and transportation. The housekeepers were very nice and courteous. Any questions we had the front desk knew the answers to them. We will gladly stay at this hotel next time we're in town. Thank you for the hospitality. We felt very comfortable at your hotel. :D

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions, and always willing to go the extra mile for our requests.

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Also, because this is just slightly off the beaten path of most vacationers in Manhattan, it's relatively easy to pull up in your car, unload, and go park at a nearby garage that has a reasonable daily rate. Being on the edge of Chinatown is fun, and you can hop on the F line just a couple blocks away. All of this for a price that's uncommonly good for the island.
