The staff was extremely helpful and courteous and there was plenty of food & shopping options within a walking distance. The subway is a few steps away and very convenient to use as well. The kettle was not working and I had to call for a resolution. Soap was not provided at the bathroom sink. Simple expectations that were not met. Wrote to the Manager but did not get a response. Overall impression was that there was no care put into making a guest feel welcomed.
