This is clean and comfy, but the front desk is a little on the not so friendly side. I think she spoke one word to me and it was just, "sign" as she handed me a paper to sign. Puts you off from wanting to stay here a bit. This has been about the second time I've had this service. Later that night, a much more friendly woman was working and said hello and asked if I needed anything.

When we first came in, the lady made it so nice. It was quick, she got me more towels happily, always smiled, very pleasant! The room was clean, bigger than we thought it would be and the bed was so comfortable!! Really enjoyed our stay.

The girl at the front desk hardly said two words to me when I arrived to check in. She also didn't seem to want to be bothered to do her job throughout our stay. We did not have hot water at all during our weekend stay. I called down the first morning after check in and there was no solution offered. The front desk lady simply told me, "some rooms just don't get hot water." Pool was good but small. Hot tub was closed off with caution tape and nothing was ever mentioned at check-in. The breakfast was the only decent thing about this place!!

Okay for starters I picked this hotel for the pool. Only to find out their pool doesn’t work. Complete bummer for our family and total devastation for my kids! The rooms were clean and nice but I did not enjoy the fire alarm going off at 12 AM to have to be evacuated in below 0 weather. I realize that happens but wasn’t even offered a refund or discount for the inconveniences. Won’t come back.

They waited until we were checked in to tell us the pool was not working and never told us that half their tv channels weren’t working This been a football championship weekend - that would have been nice to know before we checked in. We discovered this on our own upon entering our room. When I brought it to their attention they said ya. We shave half our channels. We don’t know why. We no longer wanted to stay at this hotel as these were things we expected to have as they advertised. We were told we would not get a refund because we had already checked in. I didn’t think I needed to call ahead of time to ask of their TV had all their basic channels or if the pool was in working order. And should have been told these things before I officially checked in - if they knew they would refuse to offer a refund (even partial) as a result of this. They knew both of these things were not working and failed to tell us this before I checked in. This is unprofessional and dishonest business. Do not stay here.

Bad experience. The front entrance was closed, had to park in the back and enter through the back. One elevator was out of order and the other one was about to give out any minute. The hot tub was out of order. Overall, just gross and not worth how expensive it was.

This was a very disappointing stay. When we arrived at about 4:30pm there was zero staff to be found. No sign on the front desk. No one answering the phone. We know it might be a small staff as it was Thanksgiving but did expect someone. After about 10 minutes there was still no one and about 5 more people came in trying to check in. After about 5 more minutes a young lady came out - showing surprise that so many people were waiting. We told her how long we had been waiting her response was she was in the bathroom. No apolgy or understanding other than overnight us a bottle of water. Several other inconveniences. Front door mostly out of order. Elevator out of order in the morning and we were on 4th floor with very bad knees. Hot tub out of order. Water came out brown in bathroom sink when first turned on. Turkey meal was a nice touch that was maybe good when first put out at 2pm but only luke warm once we got there. Would have been nice to have a sharp knife to slice the turkey rather than just the small plastic knife. I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.
