Arrived at 4 to check in, had to find staff to do so, they were "cleaning" rooms still. Door to room was open, dirty, bathroom dirty, no linens, half used individual toiletries, "stuff" on walls, beds, dust everywhere. Left, went to find another hotel, came back and checked out. Manager said I had to take it up with Expedia. We literally were checked in for 2 hours. There were people hanging around, chairs on top on tables in dining area, showed as PERMANENTLY CLOSED on GPS. Empty vending machines in lobby, it literally looked like they opened just to get $$$$ from those attending the college graduation, myself included.
