The Hotel Chelsea provides a relaxed luxury experience that feels like a home away from home (only better.) Every staff member (especially front desk staff - hugely accommodating) was warm and friendly. The property itself is iconic - like staying in a museum, and I cannot recommend the bar enough. Loved the charm of the hotel and the rooms were super cute. The front desk staff left a lot to be desired. After checking in, there was never an instance where they even said hello when arriving back or even passing by to leave. Usually stay at the Dominick in soho and will likely return there. It was a cute place but the hospitality fell flat in that regard.
