The property was not very clean. Staff was sleepy and didn’t respond well to our phone calls. No toilet paper. No elevator to take us to the hotel on the third floor. Definitely not worth the money we paid for.

Why ORBITZ posts this hotel, I have no idea. The room was unhealthy, horrible rotten smell, bathroom was very unclean and drops of bad water dropped from a black hole of the ceiling. No one in our family could use the bathroom. Most of the time we spent outside and tried to leave this Hotel as soon as possible. This Hotel is not habitable and sick

My voucher did not work
I've purchased on this hotel one day before my arrival to Kolkata. After my arrival in Kolkata I went to the hotel from Airport. Then I showed them my Hotel Voucher. They said "Your reservation had been cancelled. You can't stay at our hotel or you've to pay now if you want to stay here". What kind of joke is this? I confirmed my room one day before my arrival. If the room had cancelled why don't you notified me? I want my refund, because they did not allow to stay their hotel. I'm eagerly waiting for your feedback.

Horrible experience
When to the hotel after confirmed booking, they said there is no room left, when i checked the internet it showed still there were 2 vacant room. And the person who was in the reception is very unprofessional.
and there is no lift , have to walk 3 floors to goto the hotel.

Bad Hotel
Wrost hotel experience. Not suitable for couple & elder person. 3rd floor but approx. 50 feet high, no lift. Room was too small & water was falling continuesly from roof, wet floor, no hot water, broken door lock.

Hotel Best Inn, from Hell
This hotel has no elevator and despite my wife being ill and unable to climb the top floor, on the 8 floor.
The Manager (Mr Mohamad Khan) promised and promised to move us down to 3 floor, but he just kept lying every day and never moved us from the 8 floor.
The staff were imtitating, not helpful, room was just ok, the Bathroom was not the best, no view as promised and was (Not) worth all the money we paid.
Breakfast was very, very bad and only 1 bananna, some bread and 1 cup of tea and that is all.
I/we would not recomend this hotel and the manager (Mr Mohamad Khan) is no good and a liar and should be replaced, by someone more professional and customer minded..
This hotel was expencive and was very bad for the money and service we recieved and we had to leave earlier than we expected, even do we lost the money for the days we didnt stay here. We should have stayed a week, but left before our time.

Rooms are dirty, unhigenic. very very poor rooms. never go there. no left in the hotel. blankets are very very very dirty, you can't sleep there for a micro miny second....very poor experince.

disappointed
really disappointed because bad joking from reception staff.... he welcome us with this word"..... no room .... " but i already booking and paid full money. that's not good to do with us.
