The check in host was late and it was already a late check in at 4pm. The unit was clean, kitchen was good and location was perfect. However, the unit needed some upkeep. Doors didn't shut correctly, the laundry door couldn't shut, the outside door got stuck shut. View of the city was great but very little view of the water. Unit was easy to find and communication between the organisation was very good.

Beautiful view from 27th floor but carpet was old and dirty and when taking a shower there was a huge leak on the carpet in the hallway. People at reception desk were quite rude as they acted for the people who owned apartments in the building not for the renters

Super bra läge med närhet till allt!
Riktig bra läge med närhet till allt, både sporvagn, bus, tåg och gåavstånd till Melbourne convention center och CBD. Mataffär finns mittemot komplekset och mer ekonomisk mataffär (coles) finns inom 10 min gåavstånd.
Fantastisk utsikt till flod, stad och även havet kunde ses från lägenheten. Bra seng och kuddar.
Lägenheten var ren och det fanns allt som ska användas i ett kök förutom äggkoppar och kryddar. Det fanns även diskmedel och två portioner tvättmedel för tvättmaskinen. Vid längre vistelse måste man dock köpa till exempel toapaper, shampoo/dusch tvål. Negativt är ljud från sporvagn och tåg som hörs från gatan och dessutom finns det ljud från hiss och från kylskapet som är lite störrigt. I övrigt ett tyst och säkert läge med snälla och hjälpsamma concierge. Vär uppmärksam på att det inte finns möjlighet för bagageförvaring i komplexet vid utcheckning men man kan hitta olika företag i närheten som kan förvara mot betalning.

This was our 2nd week booking. It was nice that Corporate keys allowed us to check out early from the first apartment to this one as the first was rather noisy being lower floor nearer to the river promenade. But housekeeping was careless with refilling amenities - no teabags, no toilet & laundry amenities; no sponge for cleaning dishes etc.

Loved the location and it was quiet in the building, beautifully presented, but a couple of negatives - no tea towels in the apartment and the shower flooded the bathroom. Both were remedied promptly but being Christmas we were unable to contact anyone to sort this for two days, so the bathroom was an issue for longer than we would have liked. However the shower was sorted out promptly after boxing day. We were impressed and will definitely return. An egg slice/flipper or spatula would have been helpful to use in the frypan as would a pair of kitchen scissors.

The property was well situated, easy walking to all public transport, shops, restaurants and cafes. The property was very comfortable and met all our needs. Bed/pillows very comfortable. Kitchen amenities were very adequate. Would have no hesitation staying here again.

PROS: Kitchen facilities, location, feels more like a home.
CONS: This is NOT a suitable property for short stay business travellers wishing to use amenities during stay (fitness/pool). Building management requires you to complete an induction before you can request access (and then make the request between 8pm-10pm). And you are required to do this for EVERY stay.

Great central location right on the River Yarra and Southbank boulevard and right next door to the Crown Entertainment complex. High security entrance and all amenities in the unit you could wish for, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom products and extras, coffees, teas etc. Views to die for so very happy to enjoy being inside and exploring the area.
