Phoned to tell them my flight was delayed and missed connecting flight and that i would arrive the following day. They said no problem. Arrived, room canceled and they took a one day penalty. Then told them never canceled the room and to rebook, they were willing to do so but at more expensive rates then original. Even after agreeing to this as i was exhausted, it is was 1pm and then they told me room available at 3pm and could be earlier but for extra $100 charge. This is totally unprofessional, i paid for 4 nights, never canceled, called in advance to notify but they still did not honor anything. Changed hotel and went across the street, SLS Lux, service was amazing and check in was immediate.
