It was right in front of metro bus, so I could get easy, fast and cheap transportation. Front desk people let guests wait for about 10-15 minutes… I felt ignored for a moment. Can breakfast be better please? I mean more delicious options? Thank you!

Second time here in 7 months and it’s the best. Gym, Starbucks, other stores in the Plaza next door exit the sliding glass doors take 2 steps and your inside the Plaza. Safe area.

Overall satisfied. Second time booking it when im visiting Mexico City. Metro and bus stations are nearby that you can walk. And since they are built next to the shopping center. You really don't have to get out of the building to grab a bite or watch a movie. Lastly since the parking is underground, im very comfortable parking my vehicle since its secured.

Puede mejorar.
El hotel está muy bien localizado, junto al Hospital La Raza, sobre calzada Vallejo, con acceso casi directo al Metrobús. Instalaciones limpias que lucen casi nuevas, camas muy cómodas y habitaciones silenciosas. Lo que no me gustó es que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada, por lo que el agua se encharcaba al bañarse. Por otro lado, anuncian en el check-in que el desayuno comienza a las 6:00 AM: pues llegué a esa hora y no había nadie: afortunadamente había café y té, ambos de máquina, pero tenía que salirme a las 6:15 AM y apenas habían puesto fruta y salsas: nada del desayuno estaba listo aún; tampoco habían abierto la entrada principal al hotel en la planta baja. En general el hotel está bien, pero tiene estos aspectos que pueden mejorar.
