Poor
Check in was complicated using ROcky mountain management. Beds so uncomfortable. No stair exit on 3rd floor. The pictures online are deceiving

just ok
I know we were in a tourist area but the room it self was a 5 out of 10 at best, very small with 2 queen beds. The communication from the property management was very good and helpful but the room itself was subpar.

Sketchy Dorm Room meets Motel 6
Booked this unit 12 hours before heading there, happened to be during the "Dew Tour" at Copper so this literally was the only unit available. We were there simply to ski as it dumped for 5 days straight. I would describe the unit as Sketchy Dorm Room meets Motel 6. Below are pros and cons.
Pros:
Unit (Motel Room) is in East Village 50 yards from Super Bee lift.
Has a microwave and small frig
Good outdoor lighting
Cons:
VERY dated unit and building
Check in is located 20 minutes away in Dillion at
Rocky Mountain Resort Management
If you loose a plastic room key they charge you 25.00
Only outdoor parking (and very limited)
Pillows are PAPER thin (thank God we brought pillows from home)
THIN walls, you can not only hear room next to you but also across the hall way. Bring a sound machine.

2/10 Terrible
10 Jan 2020
The property was filthy upon our checkin. There was a broken lamp, dirt and hair balls on floor. The bathroom floor was crunchy and mold in the shower. There was hair on the bed sheets and the blanket was old and also was full of hair with a dust ball on the sheet. The room smelled musty and the bathroom had a bad odor. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and had a sag in the middle. The internet was very slow and there was no working cable. They never fixed the cable prior to our departure and it was impossible to watch tv due to the poor internet service. I called to complain and they were completely unresponsive to my issues. The following day, I again called and they argued with me on the condition of the room, they did send someone to partially clean the room. The room was also very noisy, everything could be heard from the hall and nearby rooms. The management was poorly responsive and argumentative. When I tried to call to report that the cable was still not working, my phone number had been blocked. The management even hung up on the Expedia representative when they tried to resolve the issue. The hotel refuses to give me any money back for the poor condition of the room and has been non responsive to Expedia. Avoid this property.

Overall kind of disappointing
Upon checking in we waited approximately 20 minutes to get the key and instructions to check into our unit. I don’t know why the kid left his post, especially during a peak check-in time at 4pm, but it was highly unprofessional and it’s not something you want to deal with after a solid day on the mountain.. The kid also showed barely any signs of apology.
When we opened the door to our room we were greeted with a huge strong smell of a festering trash bag that had been left there for days/weeks! I covered my face, and tossed it into the dumpster while my friend opened the windows.. Took about 20 minutes before it was clear to go inside.
Other than that we didn’t really stay inside the place that long, we are pretty active. We just needed a spot to crash.
Oh and the cable was out too, we missed about 10 minutes of Monday night football, but we ended up going to a bar instead.
