"Rooms basic but comfortable and clean .location was brilliant we went in late October take a jumper cardigan for night time as it does get cold but they do put on a log fire and makes it really cosy they even supplies us with blankets loved it Food is really tasty we booked a massage and Jacuzzi and it was 10 out of 10. "Happy Village blew us out of the water! What an experience! The staff including Kate at the front desk and Jorge by the pool will ensure your stay is impeccable. Front desk and staff are at your call if needed and are very accommodating. Not only will they make your stay at the villa relaxing and pleasant but have tremendous insight into things to do around the increasingly popular, must-visit, Polis! The rooms were beyond great. Local mosaics in bathroom and around the room. Greeted with some fresh local fruit and wine to boot! The pool at the Center of the property boasts the Greek Cyclades vibe being surrounded by white properties with hints of blue. Further, the location is great with it being in a very friendly neighborhood and ideally located near many restaurants, bars, cafes, and attractions. We do not post many reviews but our stay here was impeccable and get that we had to drop a 5 star with regards to the staff and this newly modeled villa resort! Absolutely a must stay if visiting Polis, we will be back!"

"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away. I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :) Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "
