"Les oreillers sont tellement gros, mon mari et moi n'avons pas réussi à nous endormir avant petites heures du matin, tellement ont avaient la tête inclinée. Pour le reste tout était très bien. Si vous voulez manger au bistro, réservez pour pouvoir manger, car deux personnes de plus c' est trop pour le chef si vous n'avez pas réservé."

"My husband and I came here for a relaxing getaway right after our wedding. The property itself was very nice, clean, cozy, and quiet and we really enjoyed our stay. The main reason we chose this hotel, however, was for the spa and a couples massage. Unfortunately, booking a massage was quite difficult, as appointments need to be booked directly with the massage therapist, who is often unavailable to speak because she is with another client. We called about a week before our stay and were told she would call us back. After not hearing back, we called again and were told she was in a massage and would call us afterward. When she eventually called, the connection was unfortunately so poor that we could barely hear her. When we arrived, we asked the front desk about booking our massages but were told they could not access the spa schedule and that we would need to wait until the massage therapist was available. By the time we were able to connect, there were no couples massage appointments available, which was the main reason we had chosen the hotel. Overall, the property is lovely, but I think a more accessible and streamlined system for booking spa treatments would greatly improve the experience!"

"Great stay in Ayer Cliff. We had a great meal at the restaurant last night sitting out on the open Air Terrace. Excellent service and a very nice patio with a cool breeze. I would stay here again. The owner was very cordial and helpful with our needs."

"This lovely bed and breakfast inn in a wonderful lake town is run by friendly people who make one's stay comfortable and quiet. Many reviews we had read mentioned the great breakfasts prepared by the host and we were not disappointed. Really delicious and innovative food, much of it locally grown or priduced was presented in a lovely manner. We also had a comfortable room with nice amenities. We highly recommend this place, esp. for couples."
