"Great Stay Room and bathroom was very clean. Bed was very comfortable, great big pillows. Room had everything you needed, Iron & board, hair dryer, glasses &ice bucket, ice close by, all bathroom amenities, plenty of towels. quick check in, breakfast was great, waffles, freshest bagels I've ever had, muffins, fresh OJ, 24 hour coffee and tea was awesome. great location. nice

Manitou Springs mostly seems to have independent hotels vs. chains, many of which seem run down (or just vintagey-kitschy?), but this hotel is probably as good as it gets. , served good selection of cold and hot breakfast (included), staff was amazing! A few nick picky issues- shared parking lot with Walmart where there was noted semi trucks packed for the night as well as “stealth campers” in there camper vans. Also, they did not seem to have enough staff to wipe/cleaning the dining room tables between guests. Suggestions for that issue is maybe keep some cleaning wipes available for guest to do it themselves? "

"This is a very new hotel probably 5 minutes from the airport. It’s actually two different hotels in the same building, the other being Homewood Suites, with guests sharing all the common amenities. Everything was very clean, quiet and modern, comfortable bed with a nice walk in shower, big TV and awesome view of Pike’s Peak. The room would be a good fit for individuals or couples but families or those on an extended stay would probably be more comfortable in the Homewood. Breakfast was great...
