The first room we were assigned didn't quite fit the bill for a quiet, relaxing evening (no bathtub, it overlooked the road and was next door to a housekeeping room). But the front desk clerk (Nataliya (?)) quickly remedied the issue and we had a great stay! We slept for 12 hours! We slept thru breakfast so we can't comment on that.
