"Was supposed to receive some incremental perks which I did not. Place was good. Dashed expectations damaged my opinion, and staff was solid but not super customer oriented. Probably wouldn’t stay again as there are so many options in the area? "

"Super comfy bed, also amazing for catching a flight the next morning - cabs per person which was a million times better then riding a bus to 5 different hotels like most places"

"Room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating! One star docked because I think they overbooked themselves for family day weekend, leaving them extremely overwhelmed with guests, laundry, etc. It was family day so I have no real issue with this but it does frame the “experience” I guess. Thanks for everything!! "

"Staff were nice upon arrival, they omitted my complimentary drinks from Expedia I had to ask for. Room was clean, quiet. The restaurant was very busy and service very slow. Overall for the airport I would recommend "
