Fletcher Hotel - Restaurant Doorwerth - Arnhem
"Very good"
Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen - Lent
"Right next door to train station and very close to bus drop off and pick up. Great gym and sauna. Great bar and restaurant with reasonable prices."
Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Klein Zwitserland
"Clean room, quiet, nice little swimming pool and weight room. Ok breakfast for 18 Euros. Our laundry order was wrong but easily fixed. Parking is a bit of a hassle."
Van Der Valk Hotel Cuijk - Nijmegen
"I really rated the hotel, it's a bit of a walk from the centre of Cuijk but if you don't mind walking or are driving, it's a pleasant place to stay. I was concerned there would be a lot of road noise but there was none. A coffee machine and fridge in the room was very welcome. My only negative is the price of the breakfast as an additional add on was significant considering it was already a reasonably expensive rate per night. I cannot say how good the breakfast was but I was quoted I think c. 20 Euros a night. That's a lot when the cost of the room was already c. 140 Euros a night. That said, comfortable bed and nice room with a bath and shower which isn't the norm."
Hotel Credible
"It's a stylish Boutique style hotel, staff are amazing. Although the bed wasn't very comfortable."
Fletcher Parkhotel Val Monte
"Happy with the stay. Enjoyed the terrace, pool, breakfast, large room, new bathroom and lovely staff."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Elten
- Book for the cheapest times: Visiting Elten can be incredibly affordable, particularly in January, March, and December, when hotel prices tend to be lower. For those seeking to explore the area’s historical and cultural landmarks, a stay of at least 2 to 3 days is recommended. This timeframe allows you to experience key attractions such as the urban park, various lakes, and water features, as well as beach access where you’ll find amenities like picnic areas and playgrounds. While the beach may not have a lifeguard on duty, it remains a kid-friendly spot with non-nudist policies and yellow sand. Ideal for travellers on a budget, Elten offers great value for money, especially during these off-peak months when prices might drop further.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To explore last-minute deals to Elten, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals sections on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. You could also enable email alerts or push notifications to stay informed about flash sales and special promotions, ensuring you don't miss potential savings. Additionally, the Smart Shopping tool available in the app allows you to compare hotel prices and amenities, helping you make informed decisions. If prices drop or rooms become available, you’re more likely to be the first to know, making it easier to secure a last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate due to factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year, so being flexible with your travel dates could help you save on your stay at the Elten hotel. For those in search of distinctive experiences, boutique hotels often provide a more personalised touch and sometimes enhanced value. When you book through Hotels.com, we will inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. If the price appears to be on the higher side, we will recommend more affordable dates, increasing the likelihood that you could secure a better deal.
- Consider your location: Choosing to stay closer to major attractions or city centres may offer convenience, but it often tends to come with higher costs. For more affordable options, you might consider hotels in less central areas or neighbourhoods, striking a balance between price and accessibility to the sites you intend to visit. Exploring independent hotels a bit further out could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience, as they are usually more likely to be affordable.
