"The room was fine but there was a shouting/screaming match in the middle of the night followed by endless honking of a car horn in the parking lot. It went on for over an hour but there was either no one staffing the night desk or they were deaf. "

"As soon as you walked in, the hotel had a terrible smell, and was even worse in the room. So strong that it gave you a headache "

"Stayed one night twice in a week, at the start and end of a trip. Easy parking. Good breakfast. Hot tub under repair/not open for either stay. Pool good, though large area of ceiling above damaged & in disrepair. Very nice and helpful staff both times. During second stay, carpeting in stairwells completely dirty and filled with debris. Offending odor upon entering hotel and in stairwells. Fridge in room not cold and very filthy, with food stains, dirty brown liquid inside on bottom, & food debris stuck to metal shelves inside. Hotel staff notified and offered use of lobby fridge. Tub in room dirty, with hardened, colored pieces of matter on bottom and side of tub able to be scraped off. Staff notified. Rest of room clean. Everything in room fine during first stay. Lobby and hallways appeared clean both stays. Highlights are friendly helpful staff, comfy beds, easy parking & access to freeway, good breakfast & coffee. Downers: cleanliness/housekeeping on second stay, pool area/hot tub. "

"Room was clean and bed was comfy. Didn’t use the pool and the breakfast was subpar. Staff was courteous. Would only go again if the price was better than similar spots like Country Inn and Hawthorne Suites which have better breakfast. "

"We loved the amount of room in our suite. The ground floor was quiet and exceptionally clean. Customer service was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing. Our only complaints were that the bar and swimming pool were not available during our stay. We will, however, return. "
