"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"Hotel is located close to the nature and mountains which gives you peaceful location. Food was mostly good, breakfast is really tasty and there is a lot of choice. Staff always smiling and helpful. Hotel itself is worn out and outdated with lack of proper AC throughout. There was portable AC unit in our room which if running was really noisy and was working only sometimes so not good during recent heatwaves. We didn't use SPA
