"We really like the staff at this hotel. The receptionist was super nice and gave us helpful advice. They even organised a free shuttle to Jiaoxi transfer station for us. It’s in a nice and quiet area too and the view from the balcony was nice and we were happy with the room. Thanks!"

"It was amazing, we stayed on Monday and there was NO ONE IN THE HOTEL EXCEPT THE STAFF AND US. The breakfast was fine, elevator was good, the room had some space which is good. There was a really big shower and bathroom area and there was also breakfast. The outside view was good and the hotel was mostly awesome."

"Room interiors are dated and poorly maintained, mildew all around the sunken onsen tub. Wifi in room kept dropping and was difficult to establish a connection. Staff service across the entire hotel was the worst! Front desk staff refuses to explain any of the activities available for guests when asked, shoved the program sheet at me told me to read myself instead. Restaurant staff would not entertain a special request to order fried rice, told me to order a full child's set menu and plain rice...
