"After bringing our luggage down 2 long hallways on the first, we discovered the kitchen floor was coverd with water and we almost fell. They immediately apologized and gave us a different room on the 2nd floor & more convenient near the elevator. The rooms were clean except the toilet had a very dark stain. Many areas of wear & tear in the room and other areas. My husband was so disappointed te hot tub was broken. But we enjoyed the nice size indoor, heated

"Loved the 2 bedroom suite. The layout was perfect for our family trip. I wish I could find more hotels like this!
I think the rooms could do with an update, furniture getting a little drab and small TVs could be updated to smart TVs to make a big difference.
