We liked that it was in a safe area for our young family to venture the area all hours of the day. Its conveniently located to the subway station which was great to get around Tokyo and not have to rent a car. The kids loved the bunk bed. It had a big and clean bathroom. It was really really nice!

Great stay, accessible to transportation walking distance. Easy check-in and out. Only concern maybe because I didn’t ask.l, but no clothing iron. That did not ruin out trip, still a great place to stay.

This hotel was a great stay. We really enjoyed having a family-sized room as well as having a separate shower and tub. The staff were very friendly and very polite. There were a few hiccups with cleaning times but the staff were very accommodating. The only thing to note is that there is only one smaller elevator; as such, for groups with large luggage may require multiple trips. The fact that check-in and out were done via tablet made it very convenient! The location is also great, in that there are multiple subway stations nearby as well as quick access via pedestrian bridge to Akihabara. It was a great experience staying here!

Value for money
We stayed in the family room for 4 adults 3 kids. Close to train stations and has a large drugstore Matsumoto Kiyoshi just few steps away. Value for money as its hard to find such a space that could acco 7 at such a price. However, room was pretty small, without much space to open up our luggages, max 2 opened luggages each time. A little noisy as its next to the road and u can hear each ambulance passing by clearly.

The room was tiny. Barely enough for two people to stand up. It said it had a balcony but you can’t go out on to it /it’s just a window with no access to the “balcony” part.

I did not like that we only saw a staff at checkout. We had to do a long check in on an iPad. We arrived early to have them hold our bags. We ran in to cleaning staff and she put our bags in the unsecured entry way.

The property is clean. We got the one person top bunk with a side by side lower bunk for 4 people. It had a small living room area where you can sleep 2 more people on futons. No plates, cups, or utensil. They have kettle, a small fridge, hair drier. Located between Kanda and Akihabara station. Make sure to do the online registration. Here is no checknin staff. All on a tablet. Great for big group like us. Got 2 rooms of 5 people.

Check in was straight forward. You check in on the iPad and you get your door code there. The location of this hotel is not bad, it was a little noisy (but it didn't bother us) because it was on the busy street that's why they give you earplugs. The worst part about our experience is that we were given the top floor room and but the elevator only went to the 9th floor so we had to lug our 8 bags up the stairs to the 10th floor from the 9th floor. If you have luggages, make sure you request to stay on the floor with elevator access. The room is meant for 5 people but it's too tight if you are not light packers. There is not much sitting space to hang.
The shower was surprisingly big with a tub and stand up shower and a separate toilet area.
Another thing to consider if you plan to stay at this property is that there is no front desk person, there is no one to answer questions if you have any. But we did catch the staff on site and she let us extend our check out by 1 hour. Which we appreciated because our flight was not till 630pm that day.
Overall it was a comfortable room if you're only going to sleep in it.

Nice and privacy stay
The hotel is great. Walking distance to akihabara station which has lots of shopping and eating place. However never see any staff at e counter during our 9days stay. One side note - hotel doesnt has any luggage storage but the staff during our checkin was kind n nice enf to allow us place our luggage as we reach too early. They also helped us move our luggages to our rm too. The room is huge enf for 6persons stay. During our check out we had abit of unhappiness as the guy told me off they dun help to carry our luggages down (we stayed on 10th floor where e lift at 9th) despite being promised on check in they will bring it down for us. They do not help to call taxi as well. Overall i would say is a nice and one room on each level (for 9th n 10th). Privacy is there just that had to climb the stairs at least twice daily.
