Certainly not the best experience!
Our first night in the room, my husband thought the fir alarm had gone off and got up to check--it turned out to be the air-conditioning unit--needless to say, very little sleep that night. the next day I went to wash up a couple of dishes--the sink was blocked and the sink disposal unit was not working. Breakfast on our second day--so many of the stations were empty--there was a constant line of people asking for food. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was comfortable. I did gently report all this to the front desk--she said she would contact the manager to get us some kind of a rebate, and would call me to tell me. Didn't expect that to happen---and two hours later, it hasn't. Not the best experience and certainly not what I expected from a Marriot hotel.
