Hotel guest
Upon arriving the hotel could not generate our reservation north could they run our credit card they instructed us that they would take cash and a $50 deposit after going to the ATM retrieving the cash and the deposit were showed several rooms reluctantly we went ahead and took room 207 at which time it was probably about 2:30 in the morning it took about 2 1/2 three hours to get checked in because their system being down And service could not find their phone number. I will include pictures in review of my stay after being in the room for about 45 minutes. I discovered there were bedbugs and the room was filthy. I returned to the front desk request my money back and my deposit they denied my money back , return my deposit
