The hotel has a good infrastructure, however: - within three nights minibar was never refilled as should be. To get it filled was necessary to request twice in the same day and waiting more than one hour to get non chilled beverages in the evening; - One evening we got into the room and found the lid’s minibar opened having our own beverages all warm; - Tea was never replaced - in one day the only used tea capsule, the white, was laying in the tray together with the non used ones.

Nice hotel, quite big and a walk to the back wing where my room was. I think the rooms could do with a few USB plugs to easily charge my phone. Everything was great, the housekeeper did my room every day which is rare these days. Piano bar was classy. I would stay here again.

When we checked in the room that was given to us had a problem with the air conditioning. The next day Michael (manager at the front desk) was very kind enough to help us change the room and give us a better room. Overall the hotel is nice, staff is very good specially Michael and Fox, but the rooms are a bit old for the amount that was being charged.
