Disappointing Stay – Misleading Bed Size and No A/

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately not great. The bed was advertised as a queen, but it was barely more than a single—definitely not big enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The room also had no air conditioning, just a small fan. We were placed on the ground floor with a window facing the garden. Because of the heat, we had to sleep with the window open, but guests were outside shouting and making noise throughout the night. We ended up calling the reception, and to their credit, they did ask the guests to go inside. However, this kind of disturbance should really be monitored and addressed by staff proactively—not only when guests complain. Adding to the issue, the staff themselves were noisy, moving things around on squeaky carts in the middle of the night. All in all, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay

First of all the location was great in regards resturants, shopping, and accessing the sights we wanted to see by foot. It was a relatively short walk from the train station and to Tivoli Gardens. Functionally, the pluses were a big comfortable bed, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, and a quick response elevator. The staff were very helpful and pleasant! On balance, the rooms were fairly small with limited space for luggage. The lack of AC made it important to keep a window open. If you are sensitive to a lot of street noise this might be a drawback. Also I would have liked a safe in the room.

Vi hade en mycket fin uphold i Copenhagen och Motel One. Det ligger perfekt in i centrum och endå lungt. Vi uppskattade mycket att hyra cyklar i Motel. Personalen var mycket vänliga. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Top Lage, Frühstück sehr gut!

ideale Lage um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden! Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Personal beim/im Frühstücksraum ist ENORM freundlich! Kompliment!! Das Zimmer war gross, Check-in problemlos. Was nicht gut war, 2 x funktionierte das WLAN nicht. Einmal über 2 Stunden lang, das andere Mal etwa 1 Stunde. Wenn man darauf angewiesen ist, ist das alles andere als ideal. Ansonsten war das WLAN stabil und sehr schnell. Bett war bequem. Es war sauber, aber könnte besser sein. Beim Checkin hatte es am „Brünneli“ im Bad noch überall Putzmittel und der Boden war nicht wirklich sehr sauber. Es sah so aus, als wurde unter dem Bett nicht feucht aufgewischt. Es war schon ok, einfach nicht wirklich top sauber. Staub über dem Türrahmen - eine Kleinigkeit, aber das Hotel ist doch nicht günstig und da hätte ich es gerne wirklich sehr sauber. Aber ich würde wieder dort übernachten!
