Not sure at first but when we stepped inside of the room it was fantastic. Number one cleanest, the host "Peter" was very pleasant 😀 and looked after his guests very well, breakfast was beautiful and enough for you to start the day. The receptionist Anna she was very lovely and very helpful. Joanna she Assistant cooking was looking after us very well too.The location was very good it wasn't far from the interesting places at all. We will come back and stay this hotel again. Small business but got the warm heart into it. We can say feel like home not hotel Grazie mille

Epic Vacation
I’m sitting here (this is Kenji’s wife) eating the biscotti Pietro sent home with me and sipping my coffee thinking out our wonderful stay at Roma Five Suites. From the excellent communication and assistance from Anna throughout, to the super cool old elevator that was a surprise treat getting our luggage up, to the comfortable bed, amazing shower and heated towels - everything was perfect. The location can’t be beat and with the windows closed, had no trouble sleeping even with big city noises. I had read about the breakfast, and still it exceeded our expectations! Pietro’s attention to detail, quality (getting the products directly from the source all over Italy) explanations of the specialties, and just his desire to make it wonderful will be something we talk about for a long time. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Rome.

Cannot fault Roma Five Suites and our hosts. Amazing location and easily accessible with public transports (piazza Venezia). Hosts kept in contact with me and gave clear instructions for arrival. All staff were lovely and made us feel comfortable. Really passionate about the food at breakfast. The food was delicious, best breakfast ive had in a long time! Room was spacious and clean with some nice treats. Bathroom was lovely and shower excellent with nice toiletries. Again location was brilliant. Quick walk to all areas - Trevi, Monti and Trastevere - and all the main attractions. Wish we had a longer stay and will definitely return next time we are in Rome.

What a divine experience. Shortly after booking, Anna reached out to us to inquire of arrival time for check in arrangements. We arrived early, was warmly welcomed and luggage was stored. They provided options of places to visit while waiting for our room. Everything was in walking distance. Upon our return Anna told us what to expect during our stay and escorted us to our room. It was spotless and spacious, with a stocked refrigerator of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages which were included in the price. Anna provided first class concierge service, and gave us a list of things to do and places to dine. The restaurants she recommended were amazing and most within a 5-15 minute walking distance. Breakfast was an experience ❤️. Pietro personally served us an assortment of meats, cheeses, fresh fruits, croissants, fresh squeezed orange juice and coffee made to order and one morning Anna’s home made cake was served. Most of the items were locally sourced and were simply delicious. The rooms are newly renovated, bed was very comfortable and the windows kept out the outside noise making for a restful night’s sleep. Anna was extremely helpful in guiding us where to shop, and made arrangement for transport to the airport. We had 24h access to coffee, teas, cereals and snacks which were included. All staff were welcoming and attentive. When visiting Rome, book Roma Five Suites with knowing that you’ll have an unforgettable experience. We will be back ❤️❤️. La Dulce Vita.

The best possible stay and guest house in Rome!
Everything was absolutely amazing. We were made to feel so welcome. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and just perfect temperature. Nice additions in minibar and lounge area. And the breakfasts!! They were to die for! Attention to even the smallest detail by signore Pietro and his lovely staff! Artisan breads, cheeses, charcuteries and even chocolate from the best sources. We really had the best time and states in our Suite more than is Probably normal, whilst in beautiful Roma! We would give 11 stars out of ten if possible! Thank you so so much! And see you again!
It may look anonymous from the outside. But inside is a wonderful treat for discerning travellers. And foodies! Best breakfast ever!

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this property. Spotlessly clean, excellent location and as others have said before, a host who makes you feel so welcome. The room is lovely, the shower is amazing and the breakfast delicious. Kind touches such as a birthday cake and Prosecco brought to the table and a note left in the room made the stay extra special. We definitely plan to return when we can as this place is a great find.

Most amazing, delicious, hospitable stay!
This was so amazing. Our room was spacious and beautiful- fresh carafe of water and macaroons when we arrived. The breakfast was as if we were in a 5 star Michelin restaurant. Every detail was attended to. Would definitely stay again if in Rome. Hoping my daughter and new husband visit for part of their honeymoon.

This is an excellent place to stay. Close to many things in central Rome. The owner and the workers were extremely pleasant and great to deal with a small hotel with very homey features. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place in central Rome.

If you are reading this and there's room available at Roma Five Suites, book now! You won't find a better place to stay for this price in Rome in a location close to everything (see last paragraph). Hosts in this guest house really make you feel at home. You get your own suite with spacious room, great bedding, impeccable and modern bathroom with rainfall shower head. Check-in and check-out process very quick and efficient, just need to be attentive to communication from the hosts to arrange times for a seamless experience. The breakfast, pure excellence. Pirlo (the host) selects and offers a local experience of light but filling breakfast, a real experience of Italian culture and 10x better than the classic continental breakfast you find in a hotel. Our breakfast experience included delicious cappuccinos, pistachio croissants (to die for), house made focaccia, Italian cheese and cold cuts selection, omelettes, biscotti, fresh juice, and most importantly the attention and service that makes you really feel welcomed into someone's home. This place saved our short stay in Rome after we had checked in to a horrible boutique hotel advertised as 4-star but made us worry about our health just after one night stay, we decided to cancel the rest of our days in this other place and we're extremely lucky to find the last suite left at Roma Five Suites the same day, in the same day we booked, communicated with the hosts and came in for an early check-in and it saved our trip to Rome.
