Nice clean hotel
It is a nice place to stay - clean room and friendly staff. A breakfast served in the morning exceeded our expectations - it included eggs, oatmeal, potatoes, fruits, yogurt etc. I would stay again.

Very nice stay
I was able to check in early after driving 15 hours from Florida to Ohio, with no problem. Our trip was to adopt a dog and as soon as we got her to our room, she had an accident on the bed and they provided new bedding with no issues. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were all friendly. The breakfast was very nice and a great way to start our long trip home with our new baby🐶❤️

Under construction had to stay in the room.
The Elevator was out of service, and we were put on the second floor. This was not disclosed when I rented the room. We also went for a swim in the pool and the thermostat had been turned off. The water was freezing and we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Overall a Nice Stay
Arriving after midnight, we were happy to be greeted by a smiling and friendly young woman at the desk. Our transition to our accessible room was easy. Breakfast was good -- plenty of choices. The only thing we didn't like was the handheld shower. It was awkward to figure out (finally discovering there was a valve on the upper shower head that had to be turned to make the water flow to the handheld unit.)
