We have stayed here 2 times and each time it was wonderful, the staff is very efficient and the valet service is fast kind and helpful. For the price the rooms are incredibly sized, being 2 women traveling we felt very safe and comfortable.

Nice downtown location!
Very nice hotel in the Uptown area. Walking distance to Stuebens a restaurant featured on Dibers, Drive Inns and Dives...excellent. The hotel stowed our luggage for free and we walked the 16th Street Mall. Lots of construction going on but still walkable. The on site restaurant Gattara had a great happy hour with a nice Bruschetta selection. A free cocktail coupon was much appreciated 👌

Loved the hotel and our suite. The only problem was the bed was too hard for us and there was no hot water. Even after letting it run for about 10 min. Also the light on the magnifying mirror didn’t work but that’s not a big problem.

At first glance clean room and lobby area. Spacious rooms with a great view. They have balconies in most rooms but there is no smoking allowed on them at all defeating the purpose of paying extra for one. Rude staff upon arrival and checking out. They only accept cash or cards through major banks.
