My plane has a delay an I tried several times to contact the property to let them know I will arrive late, but their reservations' department asked me for their confirmation code. They did not take Hotel's itinerary number or my name. Fortunately, my stay was totally paid and I can get a room upon my arrival at 3 am.

From the moment I walk through the doors, I'm always greeted by the incredibly helpful and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The accommodations are consistently spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant city. I especially appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi, making it easy to stay connected during my travels. The hotel is perfectly situated with one of the best locations in the city, allowing easy access to numerous attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. I highly recommend the Sevilla Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I can’t wait for my next stay!

Nice location, poor service!
The four elevators in the lobby look very nice, but they are not very efficient and super slow. Most of the time I had to wait between 15-20 min to be able to go to the Lobby floor. Hotel maids start knocking the doors around 8:30 am, and in my case they did not cleaned my room the second day. Badroom smells bad.

Family vacation.
The first nights were ok, I had to send back the towels because they were dirty. I asked to be moved because I was in the 18th floor, I was moved to the 7th, but then there was no hot water. They moved me again to the 12th floor and the elevator went out of service. They took to long to fix it, so we took the stairs. It was ok after the 3rd day. Friendly staff and the parking was convenient. Safe area, amd lots to do.

Check in was at 3pm. We arrived at 4pm to find our room not ready. We were told it would be ready in 15 min. Thirty minutes passed. After asking about the status we were told it would be an additional 1.5 hours before the room was ready. Only upon asking for another room we were able to get out of the lobby.

There is a lot more you could do to make your English speaking clients stay better You need brochures advertising city tours. Meals in your Restaurant need improvement we ate there once and that was enough. Meal was cold and took a long time. The room. The drain was blocked, the bathroom smelled of sewerage. Furniture extremely dated. No bar fridge tea making facilities could be improved. The Restaraunt wanted to charge for a couple of Tea Bags-Really. I would not stay there again.
