Manager was rude and lazy
I’m a contractor, every 3 days I need to do laundry. I booked for 4 days. The first and second day I requested quarters from the front desk they simply didn’t have “any left” and I made sure to pronounce that on the 3rd day they would have quarters. Upon asking on the 3rd day I was still given none. I expressed my displeasure by saying “I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED with the service” to which the manager from her office yelled “it’s not our responsibility to supply quarters”
I stay at many hotels and have never had a hotel MANAGER be rude to me because she (or someone else) can’t give me a straight answer to begin with, or go to the bank.
I’ve been using the Hilton honors app a lot recently and decided to use hotels.com for this stay. All this did was make me realize why I use Hilton honors. Comfort inn was not to comforting. Will likely go back to using Hilton here on out.
