On the positive side, check-in was pleasant. Beds were extra comfy. Amenities were very accessible, and even had frozen meals (Marie Calendar's, Cafe Steamers...) available. Breakfast offered a good amount of options. Friendly and attentive cleaning staff and during breakfast hours.
On the negative side, TV remote did not work and had to go to front desk to get a brand new one. Old bedside clock could not be reset. Had difficulty turning on the mini-fridge. Poor lighting in the dressing area in front of closet mirror. Poor drainage in bathtub. Also, observed poor staffing during am check-out, with kitchen staff and cleaning staff checking people out, after guest waited over 5 minutes and finally getting attention from one or the other.
