This hotel was in a great location close to American Family Field. It was easy check in and staff was super friendly and helpful. When we first arrived there were some interesting people outside the hotel but besides that everything went well and did not see anyone or felt unsafe. The parking next to the hotel was convenient as well.

We had no problems here. We stayed for 1 night. The staff was extremely nice, and actually cared how our stay went. I did not go to the complimentary breakfast but my husband did and he really enjoyed it. He said there was a lot of selection. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was clean. You did have to pay $20 to park, which I usually find hotels with free parking, so that was my fault. I did not pay attention, but still have a good stay.

Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Amenities are shared with the Ambassador Hotel across the street and are awesome — a convenience store area, a cafe, a bar, and a free shuttle. Free breakfast was great and the Apple TVs in rooms are perfect for streaming. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle makes it easy to get to American Family Field, and though the area between the hotel and the ballpark gets a bit sketchy at points, it’s walkable as well. Loved my stay.
